  • Alexander James negotiated the lease terms in respect of the 2,500 sq.ft Burger King drive-thru unit
  • The headline lease terms agreed were a 20-year FRI lease (with a Tenant break at Year 15) at an initial rent of £72,500 per annum. A guarantor was secured for the first three years of the lease term and rent reviews were five yearly upward only to Market Rent
