After much deliberation over naming rights (with “SyCo” unfortunately already taken), Alexander James was born - a name drawn from the middle names of Richard and Alastair, reflecting the personal nature of the business.
With a collective tally of 40 years advising in the sector, the company provides specialist agency and consultancy services to occupiers, developers, and investors. Being wholly independent allows Alexander James to draw upon its extensive sector knowledge and experience to deliver bespoke advice tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
