In this policy, references to ‘Alexander James’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ mean Alexander James Automotive Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 13130145 and with a registered office at One Park Row, Leeds LS1 5HN.

  • When you provide it during the use of our website such as via the mailing list registration form or contact us function 
  • Through our social media platforms
  • Via documents which you provide to us

You submit personal information using these methods voluntarily and agree to us using the personal data you provide as described in this policy. 

Personal information is also obtained by us when you have given it to a third party (such as Companies House or Land Registry). 

We also receive personal data from third parties with whom you have given permission to pass your information to us.

The Controller

Sharing

This may include but not be limited to, photographers, EPC surveyors or environmental consultants. We will hold your personal information as long as necessary.

You have the right to request us to update the personal information which we hold for you should the information become inaccurate or out of date. Should you wish to update your details, please email the Data Protection Officer.

Following an opt-out, we will keep some basic information to ensure unwanted material is not received going forward.
